On a joint interview broadcast on Sunday with RFI, TV5 World, and the daily Le Monde - in the Chadian capital N’Djamena - the Chadian president Idriss Déby Into has warned that Chad “will be in the obligation to withdraw military operations in Africa if nothing is done” to assist financially the countries which are going through a severe social and economic crisis, referring to the 1,400 Chadian soldiers serving with the UN’s MINUSMA force.
