Secure access control manufacturer demonstrates further accreditation to demonstrate the strength of its own IT infrastructure’s cybersecurity

Poole: TDSi has announced it has achieved Cyber Essentials Plus Certification following its initial Cyber Essentials certification back in June. Cyber Essentials Plus further demonstrates the company’s dedication to fully securing its operations, as well as its products and services, with a hands-on technical verification by an independent assessor, following an earlier self-assessment.

Bournemouth man prosecuted for working as door supervisor while suspended

Last Wednesday 28 September, David Dankwa-Smith pleaded guilty at Poole Magistrates' Court to working as an illegal door supervisor at a Bournemouth nightclub. He did this while his Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence was suspended. On Wednesday he was fined £330 and required to pay £1,070 court costs and a victim surcharge of £34.

The SIA suspended Mr Dankwa-Smith's door supervisor licence on 26 November 2021. Devon and Cornwall Police informed the SIA of Dankwa-Smith's suspected criminality. Despite the suspension, the evidence showed that Dankwa-Smith worked as an unlicensed door supervisor at the Bournemouth bar and nightclub between 04 February and 05 March 2022.

Cerebriam Studio joins selective Government backed programme for fast growth AI companies

Cerebriam Studio, London - Ealing, 29th September 2022, announced today that it is taking part in the 16th cohort of the selective growth programme run by the Machine Intelligence Garage.

Previous innovative AI companies to have joined the programme include techspert.io, greyparrot.ai, and Skin Analytics. The 100 programme alums to date, have collectively raised £52 million, with the Machine Learning Garage receiving recognition for Outstanding AI Accelerator at the CogX Awards for a second year running.
