Fighting virtual shadows to protect customer data from malicious intent
Several weeks ago I was participating in local 10k run made even more challenging by the wind howling off of the Solent! Much of the talk amongst the crowd and runners afterwards was of the storm that was forecast for later in the evening. Sure enough the winds gathered strength and the next morning there was the obligatory news item on fallen trees.

Listening to music can have a positive impact on our brain. A study published in the journal of Neuroscience of Behavior and Physiology found that a person’s ability to recognise images, letters, and numbers was faster when rock or classical music was playing in the background compared to when there was no music. And of course, music improves our mood because it triggers the release of the “pleasure chemical” Dopamine.
