The main problem that facilities managers face when selecting suppliers of security services is easy to state – at present, there is no reliable indicator to help them differentiate between the many companies that currently offer such services.
One possible solution is for FMs to contact existing clients of the suppliers they are considering, and ask for comments and endorsements. However, that’s a very time consuming process, especially when you remember that there are hundreds of companies from which to choose.

The region is in the South-South geo-political zone of Nigeria, comprising nine States- Bayelsa, Rivers, Delta, Edo, Imo, Abia, Cross River, Akwa Ibom and Ondo. It produces about 95% of Nigeria’s wealth, yet it remains largely underdeveloped. Years of oil exploration have turned it into a barren wasteland with attendant consequences of environmental degradation, frequent oil spills which have polluted their waters with the people eating contaminated fish, farming on spoiled land and breathing in highly polluted water resulting in abject poverty, under development, lack of potable water, etc, all of which have provoked agitations since the days of Isaac Borro in the 60’s through Ken Saro Wiwa in the 90’s till the current raging militancy which the Nigerian Government has again and again tried to crush without success.
It’s exactly five years today that London was thrown into a pandemonium of an unprecedented magnitude with many a home, family, Londoner and visitor left in perpetual anguish and sorrow. As we look back today with tears on our eyes and heavy sorrow in our hearts, we are immediately plunged into a state of trepidation and horrified by the frightful images that were the results of that satanic incidents- the many deaths that littered the underground, charred remains of bodies, blood everywhere on the ground, streets, tracks, blood gushing out of fellow Londoners and visitors alike, fractured bodies, maimed and destroyed beyond recognition.
