Innovator becomes only secure file sharing solution to make judges’ shortlist

London, England: Accellion, Inc. today announced its selection as a finalist for the SC Magazine Awards Europe 2012 within the category of Best Content Security product.

Taking place this year on 24 April at the London Hilton, Park Lane, the SC Awards are widely recognised as the most coveted and prestigious awards for the European information security industry; they honour professionals working to secure enterprises, and the vendor and channel communities that deliver innovative security technologies.

Paul Fisher, SC Magazine UK editor, said: “This was a record-breaking year for entries for the awards and I believe that this is represented in the quality of the nominees.”

Accellion joins Websense, Barracuda Networks and Blue Coat on the Best Content Security product shortlist. “We are grateful for the recognition from SC magazine and honoured that we were the only secure file sharing solutions to be selected for the final four,” comments Paula Skokowski, CMO for Accellion, Inc.
