The Tufin Security Suite enables companies to cost-effectively manage their network security policy, comply with regulatory standards, and minimize risks…
SecureTrack and SecureChange Workflow

The IT world like any other is fraught with charlatans making one claim after another, but customers know how to separate the wheat from the chaff. This truth was demonstrated at the just concluded Infosecurity Europe Exhibition held at Earl’s Court between April 19th and 21st, 2011 with respect Tufin’s SecureTrack Firewall Management and SecureChange Workflow which generated a lot of keen interest amongst customers/prospective customers and visitors at the Exhibition.

Michael Hamelin, Tufin’s Chief Security Architect told Vigilance: “It’s been an amazing show for us. Our products are getting the most interest because they are the next generation fire wall providing access to internet users.”

According to Hamelin SecureTrack offers a central management platform and a set of power tools that make it easier to manage security policies on all network and next-generation firewalls, routers and switches.

Hamelin also said SecureTrack detects and reports changes and maintains a complete audit trail for full accountability and eliminates security loopholes, improves performance, and eases maintenance.

On the other hand he said SecureChange Workflow fully automates the security change request process to proactively reduce risk and enforce corporate policies. With unique security-aware technology, SecureChange Workflow he said complements existing help-desk systems and helps network security and operations teams to increase efficiency and accuracy.

“The proof of the pudding is in the eating,” goes an axiom. Hamelin said the reason why people are enthusiastic about their products could first and foremost be attributed to the fact that the economy generally is now looking up. Said he: “Last year, people were still looking for jobs and as the economy seems to be improving they now have the purchasing power to go for our products. What is more, because they have seen our products elsewhere, it’s in their plans this year to look out for them.”

Hamelin said Tufin has provided over 700 customers with the ability to automate critical, but highly error-prone manual network security processes, adding it has enabled them to cost-effectively manage their network security policy, comply with regulatory standards, and minimize IT risks.

Tufin's products he said slash the time and cost of managing these processes by more than half, thereby delivering a compelling value proposition in a fast-growing industry.
