Assist Security Group (ASG) has expanded its partnership with Ashdown Phillips, one of the UK's leading independent property management companies, to provide physical security across four properties within the Ashby Capital portfolio.
The four sites are The JJ Mack Building, The Avenue, The Kensington Building, and Kensington Arcade. The contract commenced on 1st April 2026, marking another significant step in a partnership that continues to go from strength to strength.
Ashdown Phillips manages 150 properties across the UK, with 2,700 occupiers. The company selects its service partners against a clear standard: Dare to be Brilliant. It is a philosophy that reflects both the quality of properties they manage and the expectations they set for the teams working within their portfolio. It is also a challenge ASG is proud to meet.
