Osborne comes to Aviation Week from Shephard Media Group, where he was deputy editor on two rotary-wing magazines, Rotorhub—which he helped create—and Defence Helicopter. He also covered a range of defense issues for other Shephard publications. A longtime aviation enthusiast, Osborne contributes regularly to Internet aviation forums. An accomplished photographer, his images have appeared in aviation publications and newspapers across Europe.
