LONDON: Allen-Vanguard is featuring the latest developments in its EQUINOX platform at DSEI, along with its other jammer products, September 10-13, 2013.

Mike Dithurbide, Vice-President of Allen-Vanguard’s Electronic Systems business said: “The latest advancement in the EQUINOX platform reflects our ongoing commitment to

technology leadership, and brings to market the most effective and flexible protection available today. EQUINOX is able to address the most demanding requirements, ranging from the protection of heads of state to full security force protection under major military programs.” The latest software applications include Remote Command and Control Threat Viewer and specialist 3G applications. Clients benefit from Allen-Vanguard’s unique ability to rapidly develop software applications. “This reflects and exploits the true flexibility of the EQUINOX platform,” said Mr. Dithurbide. “Not only do we maximize performance, we also promise an easily maintainable, fully configurable and adaptable sovereign capability for client countries.”

Like other Allen-Vanguard jammers, EQUINOX is fully supported with tailored training and useroptimized inhibition waveforms.

Customers also benefit from Allen-Vanguard’s deep understanding of the threat and its partnership approach. Its TritonTM threat library, known around the world, is the largest of its kind, with more than 170,000 terrorist and criminal incidents analyzed for patterns and details of RCIED use. “We leverage that knowledge and the latest technology to ensure that our customers receive a truly effective capability against the continually evolving RCIED threat, not just an electronic box,” said Dithurbide.
