London: In its 10th anniversary year Transport Security Expo, the industry leading annual gathering of security professionals within the industry, last week unveils an expanded workshop programme for its forthcoming event. The Secretary of State for Defence last week announced that Permanent Under Secretary of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Ursula Brennan is to move to take up the post of Permanent Secretary (PUS) at the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) from 2 July. The MOD’s Director General for Security Policy, Tom McKane, will become the acting Permanent Secretary while a competition is conducted to appoint Mrs. Brennan’s replacement.
