Vigilance can report that Easynet, the network, hosting and cloud integration business, has released the results of its ‘Applications in the Cloud’ pan-European study, which revealed that rather than Gen Y employees bringing the majority of applications into the workplace, it is senior management and the C suite that are responsible.

SANS London 2012 reaches 95% capacity

Virtualisation, cloud and mobility drive demand for more infosec skills

London, UK: Registrations for SANS London 2012, Europe’s largest InfoSec training event, have reached 95% capacity as demand for skilled professionals continues to rise. Last year, 400 students attended SANS London but the move to a new venue at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden combined with a larger roster of 15 courses has led to increased interest.
