Idea management tool used to decide winners of new global tech awards
Idea management firm Wazoku has supplied its Wazoku Competitions tool to the inaugural Tech Trailblazers Awards, allowing members of the public to vote for the best startup innovations in a number of enterprise technology categories.
Global payments and fraud prevention systems company, Alaric International, has appointed Andy Brown to lead its marketing function. Brown joins from ACI Worldwide Inc., where he held a number of senior EMEA and global product marketing roles, most recently as Director, Product Marketing. In his new role, Brown has been tasked with driving and building the Alaric brand and product positioning around the globe.
Secure enterprise Dropbox-like service available across Claranet VDC in Germany
Hamburg: The managed services provider Claranet Germany's Virtual Data Centre (VDC) "Try and Buy" campaign for its TeamDrive file synchronization system has ended. The campaign runs until 31 December 2012, and gave new subscribers the chance to try TeamDrive free of charge for a month. They will also receive a 10% discount on any additional 12 months subscription for the VDC resources.
