Sonardyne to demonstrate 360° surface and underwater security at NAVDEX 2013

This year at the second annual NAVDEX maritime security exhibition, Sonardyne International Ltd. will be giving live demonstrations of its fully automated surface and underwater security system NiDAR, and world leading diver detection sonar, Sentinel IDS. New £14 million contract boosts RAF missile stock

A new £14 million contract will deliver hundreds of precision attack weapons to the RAF, the MoD announced last week.

Brimstone missiles are carried by RAF Tornado aircraft in Afghanistan and were also used on operations over Libya. Defence Equipment Minister Philip Dunne agreed the contract and has just returned from a visit to Helmand where he met RAF personnel who use the weapon.
