1. Change the Naira immediately to get all mallamnomists in the Black Market out of busines (Matt. 21:12-13, Mark 11:15-19, LK 19:45;

2. Redenominate the Naira immediately with the highest denomination now N50xx;

3. Introduce coins once more into the economy and make refusal illegal;

4. Nigerians and not the court should reject the dollar as a legal tender in domestic trade;

5. Outlaw the black market with prison terms between 14 and 21 years;

6. I'm calling on the President again to declare a state of emergency on the economy sector

7. Give a State of the Nation Address without further delay and introduce AUSTERITY MEASURES IMMEDIATELY!

RSA Survey: 81 Percent of Security Professionals Say It Is ‘Very Likely’ Cyber Criminals Will Abuse Access to Encrypted Data

The wrangling between the FBI and Apple has galvanized the computer security industry. At the RSA Conference 2016 in San Francisco, Tripwire has revealed the results of a survey of 198 security professionals attending the conference, which shows that 82 percent of respondents said it is either very likely or certain that cybercriminals would abuse the government’s capability to access encrypted data if technology companies are required to provide it.

Fifty-three percent of respondents said technology firms should comply with a warrant or subpoena from law enforcement. If the government should force tech companies to give them access to encrypted data, 88 percent believe it will reduce security and privacy.

SAN FRANCISCO: Apple and the FBI have been engaged in a legal battle over the federal government’s right to require built-in smartphone encryption software that could aid law enforcement investigations. This debate has moved to Capitol Hill as pressure grows for Congress to pass updated laws clarifying technology companies’ responsibility to provide access to customers’ encrypted data.
