Fox spits fire over reckless spending as MPRB set to name and shame failing Defence projects

The days of doing shabby jobs, failing major projects or cutting corners to use inferior materials for projects after collecting money from the Government or failing to meet stipulated deadlines may be over soon as Vigilance can authoritatively report that the Major Projects Review Board (MPRB) meeting yesterday expressed grave concern over non-accountability in public projects delivery and vowed to hold some of the MOD’s most expensive projects to account.

Speaking last week at the Organisation for Security Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Permanent Council in Vienna, Mr Jan Lundin, Director General of the Council of the Baltic Sea States Secretariat (CBSS) said working with the OSCE on civil security and combating human trafficking, and potential co-operation in building transport links and sustainable energy are ways to contribute to stability and cohesion in Europe.

First ten Registrants admitted to new Register of Chartered Security Professionals

It feels good to be amongst the first 10 to be admitted to a new body. Isn’t it? But be careful, we are not talking first 11, so are not talking football here, please, but security!
