And not to worry, the expanded programme being planned by the organisers for the 2012 edition offers yet another golden opportunity, or should we say ‘apple opportunity’? if so love apple.  Information security viewed as beacon of light despite dark economic times

 The constant exposure to cyber threats, what more with the emergence of new ones via social media has resulted in companies the world over investing heftily in upgrading their information security system. Total expenditure on secure routers, unified threat-management appliances, VPNs, network-access control, firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems will rise from $6 billion in 2010 and exceed $10 billion by 2016.
