Collaboration with Aubelio to coincide with launch of new French version
PARIS, FRANCE; Autotask Corporation, the world’s leading provider of hosted IT business management software, this week announced its first distribution agreement in France with Aubelio, a highly regarded distributor serving a community of over 1100 partners across French speaking territories.
The new agreement coincides with the first French version of the Autotask software which integrates a broad range of critical business systems, including customer relationship management (CRM), service desk, human resource scheduling, project management, billing and reporting. The platform provides real-time service delivery intelligence to help users understand the factors that drive their business and their profitability.
“Aubelio is a respected distributor with a long history of helping partners develop their business models and is also the longest serving distributor for GFI MAX in France,” explains Chris Clarke, Regional Director Southern Europe and EMD for Autotask, “Our open platform and deep integrations with all of the leading managed services tools provides a strong synergy for our relationship with Aubelio and we will be working closely with our distributor around the launch of our new French version.”
Founded in 2001, Aubelio is the premier and longest serving distributor for the entire GFI range as well as security products from Norman and fax software from Dialogic.
“Autotask is the clear market leader in the area of Professional Services Automation and over the last month, we have sold the English version of the software to several partners,” explains Maurice Bensoussan, MD and founder of Aubelio. ”The reaction has been extremely positive and our close relationship with GFI makes the addition of Autotask a natural fit.”
Aubelio has already supplied Autotask to several channel customers and is planning an extensive market outreach campaign including mail shots, webinars and telemarketing using specialist IT consultants following the official launch of the French version planned for Q2 of 2012.
“We have already trained a team to provide first and second level technical support and we believe that there is a great potential for PSA within France and other French speaking territories which we serve.”
Autotask software is currently used by thousands of IT service providers, value-added resellers (VARs) and managed services providers (MSPs) in 54 countries. Autotask also integrates with leading financial software vendors including Sage, Microsoft DynamicsTM GP and Quickbooks to help provide a complete picture of the business. The software is currently available in seven languages; Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.
