The COPA-DATA Partner Community has appointed industrial automation and control leader Tritec Systems as its first Qualified Partner in the UK. The new partner status is an official acknowledgement of Tritec Systems’ proven record of success in multiple process industry sectors using COPA-DATA’s zenon software to develop ergonomic automation solutions.
The COPA-DATA Partner Community is an international network of dedicated automation experts that take advantage of COPA-DATA technology to provide reliable support services for their clients. All members have access to the latest technical innovations and industry expertise and shared knowledge is at the very heart of the network.
Tritec Systems is an established UK systems integrator, with over twenty years of experience providing industrial automation and control systems, software, support and training. The company works with a variety of customers across the food and beverage, manufacturing, process, automotive, transport, pharmaceutical, paper, waste handling and scientific sectors. The company has been working with COPA-DATA for five years and joined the COPA-DATA Partner Community as a Registered Partner in 2011.
“Knowledge transfer and long-term partnerships have always been crucial for us, so appointing our first Qualified Partner in the United Kingdom has been a real cause for celebration,” commented Martyn Williams, Managing Director of COPA-DATA UK. “The UK has a vibrant economy and a strong need for investment in cutting-edge automation software. With Tritec Systems as our new Qualified Partner in the region, we are able to offer higher levels of service for our clients and more bespoke solutions than ever before.”
“Tritec Systems has been working closely with COPA-DATA for several years,” enthused Andy McKenzie, the company’s Operations Director. “Our excellent track record proves our in-depth knowledge of COPA-DATA’s product range and our longstanding relationship with the partner association allows us to access new markets, service more clients and have our say in the future of industrial automation.”
System integrators, original equipment manufacturers, hardware manufacturers, value-added resellers, educational institutions and research facilities can become members of the COPA-DATA Partner Community. Some of the key benefits of joining are sales support, customer lead generation, joint marketing, professional training and knowledge transfer. “Having strong, close-knit ties with our partners is very important to us,” emphasised Martyn Williams. “We want to offer as much ongoing support as we can and we also organise events, like the Global Partner Academy, to strengthen our international network.”
The COPA-DATA Partner Community offers interested parties three levels of membership. The entry-level, Registered Partner status is designed for any company that works in the automation industry and has some knowledge of COPA-DATA’s zenon software. Qualified Partners have a successful record with COPA-DATA solutions across industries, while Expert Partners have considerable experience and their expertise is reflected in a consistently growing customer base and market share.
