Description

Must be age 18+. Must have an SIA licence and previous experience would be an advantage. The duties will be routine patrols, record keeping, CCTV monitoring and the general upkeep of the building to include maintenance and cleaning, answering the telephone and assisting residents when required. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.
