Description

Must be age 18+. My client is looking for a Weekday Porter with previous experience to efficiently and professionally a large development based in South East London whilst providing a safe, secure and well-maintained environment. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Concierge staff, ensuring the tidiness of the development is maintained, checking all internal/external lighting etc and testing mechanical, emergency and other systems weekly and keeping a log as required. Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar position, good command of the English language and knowledge of general maintenance and Health & Safety requirements.
